Booking an ASSESSMENT? - Please be aware that a credit card is required online to hold your assessment date. - If booking for your child, please book in the child’s name with your email. - Dr. Swan will reach out within a couple days to confirm details and get your assessment started with some preliminary questionnaires.

Looking for TREATMENT? - Please email Dr. Swan at jamie@thriving-potential.com to see if she is accepting new clients. All treatment is offered via telehealth only.

EXISTING CLIENT? - Here you can access receipts, update your personal information, book and manage sessions and view any shared documents.

Cancellation Policy

ASSESSMENT: Full days are reserved for assessments so your earliest notices is greatly appreciated. Cancellations at or inside seven (7) days, are subject to a cancellation fee.

TREATMENT: Please note that two (2) business days are required to cancel your treatment session without incurring the session fee. If you are cancelling inside the 2 business days, please email me at jamie@thriving-potential.com.

Payment is due at the time of the session. Payments by e-transfer, must be received at the time of the session. It is our policy that no further sessions may be booked until all balances are up to date so you prompt attention to payment is greatly appreciated.
